Cubic have been awarded the base build and fitout of Lot 7 Elizabeth Quay, 1 The Esplanade, in Perth’s CDB. This mixed-use structure will be the new Chevron headquarters, boasting thirty office levels, two basements and an interconnected tri-level podium. The fitout includes a bespoke metal profile, ceiling to the foyer, core partitioning, plaster cast perimeter detailing on every level, and over 30,000 square metres of metal pan ceiling tiles.
Large-scale prototyping is underway with early works commencing in January 2021.
