The Ritz-Carlton Hotel
Cubic was the selected contractor for the feature ceiling package. This included timber batten ceilings to various levels and the feature ceilings to the Ball Room and Club Lounge areas.
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel was part of a new twin tower luxury hotel and apartment development located on the Elizabeth Quay foreshore. Cubic were engaged to install specialist timber ceilings throughout the 5-star hotel and complete the highly detailed ballroom ceiling. Cubic’s efforts on the project were recognised by Master Builders Australia WA at the 2020 Excellence in Construction Awards, taking out Subcontractor of the Year in the Finishes category.
Cubic’s Scope of Work included:
- Feature timber ceilings on Ground to Level 2 and lift lobbies Levels 6 to 18
- Ballroom ceiling, including mirrors and acoustic panelling
- Club lounge ceiling
- Engineered supports for chandeliers and lighting
