Robert Migliorino I CEO & Founder
Robert established Cubic over 25 years with a vision to design and construct some of Australia’s most iconic interior spaces. His ability to form complex project teams, devise innovative solutions and efficiently manage teams and resources has brought this vision to life.
Landmark projects include BHP Billiton’s offices in City Square Perth where working with Hassell Architects, Robert oversaw the office fitout of 34 levels covering 60,000m2 – the largest office leasing project in Perth’s history.
In Sydney’s Barangaroo precinct, Robert was directly involved in the design, delivery and construction of the base build and Westpac Fitouts including 90,000m2 of office space over 41 levels.
John Clark I Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, John oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning, treasury, real estate and tax functions at Cubic. John has a proven track record of streamlining business operations and removing complexity.
Prior to joining Cubic, John held CFO and Senior finance roles in the Property development and telecommunications sectors. John is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified at PwC.
Adam Monson I State Manager, WA
Adam has over 28 years’ experience in the construction and allied industries, supervising both commercial and residential projects. After beginning his career as an apprentice carpenter in the high-quality luxury homes market, Adam completed his training and gained his Clerk of Works.
Adam joined Cubic in 2008 and established the Cubic Perth Office in 2010, leading the project team on the award-winning Optus Stadium in Perth and other key projects in Western Australia.
