Quality & Sustainability

Sustainable interior systems, built for long-term commercial performance

Cubic Interiors supports responsible construction through durable interior systems, certified product options, considered material selection and practical waste reduction. Our focus is to deliver high-performing commercial interiors that support sustainability goals without compromising buildability, compliance or long-term use.

Sustainability in commercial construction now plays a direct role in project performance, environmental outcomes and long-term asset value. Cubic supports this across our wall, ceiling and access flooring systems, designed for durability, adaptability and responsible material use.

Our product selection includes certified options such as PEFC and FSC-certified timber, and Green Star-compliant materials, helping project teams select products independently assessed against recognised environmental, health and performance criteria. These systems may also support projects working towards broader sustainability rating requirements, including Green Star and LEED-aligned outcomes, depending on the selected system and project pathway.

Our access flooring capability includes GECA-certified product options. The JVP 4×4 Raised Floor System includes product options with recycled and recyclable materials, including steel, FSC-certified chipboard, reclaimed material inputs, recycled plaster content and post-consumer recycled paper fibre.

Raised access flooring also supports long-term flexibility by allowing access to underfloor services, helping reduce unnecessary demolition during future upgrades, maintenance or layout changes. Where suitable, components can be removed, replaced, reused or recycled, supporting a more circular approach to commercial interiors.

Beyond installation, Cubic supports long-term system performance through documentation, replacement part access and spare component planning where included within the project scope. Our systems are designed to be practical, durable and low maintenance once installed and finished.
