The Edith Cowan University City Campus is a landmark development redefining the Perth CBD through the delivery of a state-of-the-art vertical university campus integrating teaching, creative industries and performance spaces within a single high-density facility. Cubic delivered a substantial fitout package incorporating partitions, ceilings, feature wall and ceiling finishes, acoustic treatments and specialist architectural elements throughout the development. The scale and complexity of the project required the coordination of more than 80 distinct feature finishes sourced from over 15 specialist suppliers. Successful delivery relied heavily on the craftsmanship of Cubic’s tradespeople and the technical expertise of the company’s in-house design and coordination team to achieve the architectural vision across the project’s diverse performance and learning environments.
