Barangaroo Tower 1: Marsh & McLennan

Barangaroo is Australia’s premier commercial hub for the Asia Pacific region, offering scale and quality on par with the world’s best office precincts and is located on the world-famous Sydney Harbour.

Cubic was engaged by Lendlease to complete the integrated internal fitout works for Marsh & McLennan Companies between levels 19 and 22 within Barangaroo Tower 1.

Tower One is the tallest of three towers with a height of 217 metres, comprising 49 floors. Marsh & McLennan Companies is a professional services firm with a global network of 60,000 experts in risk, strategy, and people, servicing clients in more than 130 countries with roots dating back to 1871.

Cubic’s scope of works included: ceiling and partitions; feature timber slatted ceilings; feature hexagonal ceilings; glazed partitions; switchable glass; doors, frames and hardware; roller shutter; operable walls; fire Curtain; feature applied wall linings and finishes; feature acoustic wall panels and pinboard wall panels.
