Carrington Street Office, Sydney
Office Fitout, located on levels 7 to 10 at 36 Carrington St.
- Construction of an interconnecting staircase from levels 8 to 10, which involved the demolition of a section of existing slab on levels 9 and 10.
- Slab reinforcement and new in-situ slab to support new steel staircase.
- Modification of existing base building services.
- Construction of 2 meeting rooms (8 pax) and 2 boardrooms (12 pax).
- Construction of 2 offices.
- Installation of raised access floors to open office area to allow for cable management to workstations from Unifor.
- Construction of telephone booths on each floor.
- Installation of tea points on each level.
- Selected furniture throughout the fitout has been specified by Hassell in collaboration with Cubic.
- Level 10 break-out area features a bespoke kitchen by Snaidero and a 10x3m artwork by artist Antonia Mrljak.
