Barangaroo Tower 1: South Lobby
Barangaroo is Australia’s premier commercial hub for the Asia Pacific region, offering scale and quality on par with the world’s best office precincts and is located on the world-famous Sydney Harbour.
Tower One is the tallest of three towers with a height of 217 metres, comprising 49 floors. PricewaterhouseCoopers is the anchor tenant, and HSBC and Marsh & McLennan Companies are also tenants in this tower.
The project incorporated environmentally sustainable design initiatives to achieve 6 Star Green Star Certified Rating. Cubic was engaged by Lendlease to complete the base building internal fitout scope, including thermal soffit insulation, ceilings, partitions and core wall linings, speedpanels, skirtings, linear bar grilles, door frames, fire curtains, amenities joinery, mirrors and toilet partitions.
Cubic completed the South Lobby fitout and the feature ceilings including Barrisol, aluminum cladding and veneered plywood ceilings and podium doors.
