South Eveleigh Building 1
The $1B South Eveleigh Precinct in Sydney delivers a state-of-the-art work and lifestyle destination with generous public and shared spaces, a community building, parks and sporting fields, and diverse retail for the community.
Cubic was appointed to complete the interior fitout of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Building 1 which consists of an 11-storey (including plant) commercial office building with ground level retail and childcare centre, comprising a total of 46,832m2 gross floor area.
Cubic’s expert interior team completed all the atrium timber panelling, ceilings, glazing, doors, frames, hardware and joinery, for the collaborative work spaces, raised access floors, office pods, and cantilevered pop out work areas on Building 1, transforming the extensive spaces into unique working environments.
The project achieved a 6 Star Green Star Interiors (V1.1) rating, as defined by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA).
