Capital Square Tower 1 is a 26-storey premium grade office tower featuring large floor plates of approximately 2,000m² and high-quality end-of-trip and podium facilities. The project incorporated a broad range of architectural finishes and complex service coordination requirements typical of large-scale commercial developments.

Cubic delivered the internal walls and ceilings package, including partitions, ceilings, timber wall panelling, applied wall finishes, Speedpanel and external fibre cement works. Through close collaboration with the architect, builder and consultant team, Cubic assisted in coordinating complex interfaces between trades and contributed to the successful delivery of the project within programme requirements.
