Capital Square Tower 2

Capital Square Tower 2 is a 15-storey premium commercial office development featuring a highly detailed podium ceiling comprising bespoke waterjet-cut curved fibre cement panels. Due to the geometry of the ceiling design, the majority of panels were unique, requiring extensive coordination between design, fabrication and installation teams.

Cubic delivered the basebuild walls and ceilings package, including partitions, ceilings, feature fibre cement ceiling systems and Speedpanel. Cubic’s in-house coordination team worked closely with suppliers and project stakeholders to manage the detailing, manufacture and staged installation of the bespoke ceiling elements while also addressing complex access constraints associated with the elevated podium structure.
