The project featured complex acoustic requirements, bespoke feature elements and high-performance partition systems integrated throughout the tenancy.

Cubic delivered an extensive fitout package including ceilings, partitions, feature ceilings, raised access flooring and specialist glazing systems incorporating curved glazing and automatic doors. The architectural detailing throughout the project required a high level of precision and coordination, with successful delivery achieved through close collaboration between Cubic’s in-house design team, the architect, consultants and adjoining trades to ensure the design intent was realised while maintaining construction efficiency and programme outcomes.
