One The Esplanade

One The Esplanade is a 29-level premium commercial tower located within the Elizabeth Quay precinct, delivering more than 57,000m² of office accommodation alongside premium end-of-trip facilities, podium spaces and a central architectural oculus. Delivered during the COVID-19 pandemic, the project presented significant programme, procurement and labour challenges across the construction industry.

Cubic delivered an extensive basebuild package incorporating ceilings, fire rated and non-fire rated partitions, feature metal ceilings, Speedpanel, column cladding, door frames and associated architectural finishes. Through early engagement with suppliers and close coordination with the builder, consultants and adjoining trades, Cubic successfully managed procurement and sequencing challenges, contributing to the successful delivery of this landmark commercial development.
