The Chevron Australia Fitout at One The Esplanade was designed to accommodate a workforce of more than 1,500 personnel within one of Perth’s premier commercial developments. The project incorporated a significant range of specialist architectural finishes, glazing systems and feature elements delivered within a highly coordinated commercial environment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cubic delivered a substantial fitout package including partitions, feature ceilings, glazing systems, curved glazed partitions, raised access flooring and bespoke architectural elements throughout the tenancy.
